Abecedarius

This is an abecedarian verse, written for this site's poetry and literature glossary. The overarching premise of this type of poem is that (beginning with "A") each new word in the poem starts with a successive letter in the alphabet. (A, B, C, D, E, etc.)

As Becky cried, darkness eventually fell,
granting her invisibility.
Joy keeps losing momentum:
negative, obscenely probing questions;
repeatedly stating that understanding
vanity was xenophobia,
yielded zero.

Take care, keep safe, and stay beautiful,

With love and peace,

    A beautiful concoction,
    decidedly excellent
    for giddy heathens inside
    jaunty, knitted, lambswool
    macintoshes.

    Never one privately quiet,
    raucously shouting terrific!
    Uncharacteristically vivid
    writing x-hibited!
    yeah!
    zazzooom!

Jolly good work, poetry lady. And with two stanzas, no less! One mark taken off for x-hibited though. That just lowered the degree of difficulty. :P
