Hi, I'm Jé Maverick, and this is a little bit about me. It's not a lot about me, because hopefully we can connect and leave larger traces of each other in our connections. Whatever works for you.


I like to write poetry. I like to read it too. It can alter my mood, and create bridges of empathy and understanding between myself and others. Or it can give me a really good laugh. I love poems that can wake the places where my smiles live. I am smitten with poems that can stir my hope. I believe that poetry contains energy - and mostly it's for good.


If you appreciate poetry, we are probably kindred spirits. The world needs more of those. If you are enthusiastic about poetry, even better. In crazy times like ours, there are few things that carry messages as meaningful as poetry does. The world needs you. But if you love poetry with all of your heart and soul, well, we should start a revolution together.


If you want to know more about me, well, you'll just have to fill in the blanks as we go along. There are lots of those, no matter how well you know someone. And that's what makes curiosity and human relationships all the more glorious.
